The Company does not act as a trustee, agent, intermediary, or beneficiary of any donations.
Any donation made is a private and voluntary act between donor and donee. Donors must conduct their own due diligence before contributing.
The Company does not provide receipts, confirmations, or acknowledgments for any donations unless explicitly authorized by the donee.
Helpingzone does not offer any return, promise, benefit, service, or share in return for donations.

All arbitration-related costs and expenses shall be borne by the Donor(s) and Donee(s), as determined by the Arbitrator(s). The Company is not liable for any such expenses.
