The Company does not provide receipts, confirmations, or acknowledgments for any donations unless explicitly authorized by the donee.

The Company holds the exclusive right to appoint a sole Arbitrator or panel of Arbitrators. Their decision shall be final and binding.
All arbitration-related costs and expenses shall be borne by the Donor(s) and Donee(s), as determined by the Arbitrator(s). The Company is not liable for any such expenses.
