- Helpingzone acts only as a platform or facilitator to connect donors and donees and assumes no responsibility for the transaction or its outcome.
- The Company does not act as a trustee, agent, intermediary, or beneficiary of any donations.
- Any donation made is a private and voluntary act between donor and donee. Donors must conduct their own due diligence before contributing.
- The Company does not provide receipts, confirmations, or acknowledgments for any donations unless explicitly authorized by the donee.
- Helpingzone does not offer any return, promise, benefit, service, or share in return for donations.
- The Company is not responsible for any misunderstandings, misuse, fraud, or failure to deliver any benefit by the donee.
- Donors agree to hold Helpingzone harmless from any claim or liability arising out of the donation.
- No donations shall be made from unlawful or suspicious sources. Donors are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws.
- Donating through this platform does not create any legal relationship or fiduciary duty between Helpingzone and the donor or donee.
- Any disputes between donor and donee shall be resolved between the parties. Helpingzone shall not be party to any such disputes.
- The platform may collect limited personal information from users for basic compliance or communication. This data will be handled as per applicable data protection laws.
- All legal matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gandhinagar, Gujrat, India.
- Helpingzone reserves the right to update this disclaimer at any time without notice.
- The Company reserves the right to update or modify this disclaimer without prior notice.
- Disputes or claims regarding donations will be resolved through Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The seat and venue for arbitration shall be Gandhinagar, Gujrat, India.
- The Company holds the exclusive right to appoint a sole Arbitrator or panel of Arbitrators. Their decision shall be final and binding.
- All arbitration-related costs and expenses shall be borne by the Donor(s) and Donee(s), as determined by the Arbitrator(s). The Company is not liable for any such expenses.
